The 1.3 mile fitness trail winds through a wooded area at the rear of the park and includes 20 exercise stations with 32 different exercises. It is a complete and balanced outdoor exercise and conditioning system.
Please follow the instructions for each station and walk the upper section to avoid injury. The trail also serves as a very nice walking / nature trail. The trail is open until dusk year-round. Bicycles and all motorized vehicles are prohibited.
