Chronic and/or Terminal Illness Caregivers Support Group
Are you caring for a loved one who has Cancer, ALS, Parkinson’s, COPD, Cardiac, MS, TBI or other chronic and/or terminal illness? You are welcome to join our support group for adults to share your experiences. Providing care for a loved one who has a chronic and/or terminal illness is one of the hardest jobs anyone can do. The long hours, the physical and emotional toll it takes on caregivers is enormous and often over-looked. We recognize the need for a place for Caregivers to share their struggles and successes with others who understand. You are not alone! This group will be facilitated by Heidi Ziemke, LCSW-R, Outreach Worker for Senior Services. If you are interested in attending, or have any questions about the group, please contact Heidi at 518-439-4955, ext. 1169.
