Giles Wagoner was elected to the Town Board in 2016. He is a member of the Bethlehem Democratic Committee and served on the town’s Conservation Easement Review Board. As a member of the Agricultural & Farmland Study Advisory Committee, in 2005 he helped formulate the Agricultural and Farmland Protection Plan.
Giles is a retired Delta Air Lines Captain, and a retired officer in the New York Air National Guard. He and his wife Edith raise beef cattle on their farm in Selkirk and have been married for 45 years. They raised a daughter and two sons, and are proud grandparents to four lively grandkids. Giles has been an active member of the Selkirk Volunteer Fire Company since 1970.
