Tiger was raised in Delmar, graduated from Bethlehem Central High School and attended Hudson Valley Community College, majoring in Construction Technology.  He moved to Albany for a few years and eventually returned home to Delmar to raise his family in the town that he loved.  Tiger and his wife, Michelle have two children, Jovoni and Alexa.

Tiger has volunteered his services for the past 15 years to the Bethlehem Pop Warner Organization, rising through the ranks from field and maintenance to elected board member, Vice President and eventually President. He retired from the Presidency and is now an executive Board Member of the Capital District Pop Warner Organization.

Growing up in a family owned business that he eventually took over, and becoming a second generation building contractor and developer, he was fortunate enough to master many of the skills that are crucial to being a successful Highway Superintendent.  Being a hands on individual, whether it be as leader or team member, he looks forward to the opportunity of being a major component of a successful Bethlehem Highway Department.
