The Pilgrim Pipeline is subject to the review under SEQR, which is to be carried out by jointly by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and the NYS Thruway Authority. This process is intended to identify potential impacts, and the Town is following this process and will take steps to ensure that potential impacts on Bethlehem’s environment, landowners, and historic resources are considered and addressed in the review process.
