Radworth holds a BA degree in Urban Geography and Economics and a MA degree in Urban Geography/Regional Planning. He has worked 35 years at the senior staff and management levels in three New York State Government Agencies: Office of General Service, Real Properties Management and Development Unit; Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, Hazard Mitigation and Planning Sections; and, Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Planning and Research Bureau. His professional experience includes regional planning in an international setting, strategic planning, and planning in the areas of open space and outdoor recreation, disaster response, recovery and hazard mitigation, business continuity and economic development. Radworth also has experience in identity/security risk management and grants writing/management.
Retired, and active in serving the community, Radworth is a member of Bethlehem’s Comprehensive Plan Update Committee, a Board Member of Bethlehem Senior Projects, Inc., and a volunteer driver/helper with the Town’s Department of Senior Services.
Radworth and his wife lived in the Town of Bethlehem since 1982. They have two adult sons who went through the Bethlehem School System.
Rad is a resident of Delmar. He was first appointed to the Planning Board on January 13, 2021. His current term expires on December 31, 2025.
