    Topic: Forestry Operations and the Emerald Ash Borer

    National Grid will be conducting forestry operations in Bethlehem starting in October and has has scheduled a public meeting on Monday, October 3 at Bethlehem Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue, Delmar from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Representatives from National Grid will be there to discuss the forestry plans and schedule, and to answer questions.

    National Grid will give an explanation of what has caused prior electric interruption and what needs to be done to minimize future interruptions. We will have a conversation regarding the Emerald Ash Borer, an invasive species insect that infests and kills ash trees. The Emerald Ash Borer is a large contributor to the reason for conducting this extensive forestry project.

    Please join us Monday, October 3 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Town Hall.
