The Bethlehem IDA is currently developing a COVID-19 Small Business Emergency Grant Program to be used to reimburse the costs incurred of personal protective equipment (PPE) and fixtures necessary to prevent the spread of the disease as businesses reopen. Businesses and not-for-profits that are located in the Town of Bethlehem with no more than 50 full time employees would be eligible to apply for reimbursement of up to $500 for expenditures of PPE and fixtures. It is expected that $25,000 in funds could be available. The IDA will continue their discussion on the program requirements and application process at their August 26th meeting. IDA approval is needed before the grant program can begin to accept applications.
