    Please be advised that the 30-day annual review period for Albany County Agricultural Districts begins on February 1. During this period, landowners can apply to have predominantly viable agricultural land included in a certified Agricultural District.

  2. Delaware Avenue Complete Streets Feasibility Study – Public Meeting #1 February 16th

    February 16, 2017, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Town Hall Auditorium

    Join us in the Town Hall Auditorium Thursday, February 16 from 6 - 8 p.m. for an interactive meeting to hear an overview of the Delaware Avenue Complete Streets Feasibility Study, including a discussion on complete streets principles, a summary of existing conditions, and to provide your input on issues and ideas for improvements that will shape the future of this very important corridor for the Town. The Study extends along Delaware Avenue between Elsmere Avenue and the Normanskill Bridge, and will examine a full range of complete streets elements in a manner that enhances community quality of life, the local economy, mobility and safety for all users.
