    Please be advised that the 30-day annual review period for Albany County Agricultural Districts begins on February 1. During this period, landowners can apply to have predominantly viable agricultural land included in a certified Agricultural District.

    December 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018

    For the 2017-2018 heating season, the Home Energy Assistance Program helps people with heating and energy conservation concerns, with a monthly gross income of $2,318 for one person, $3,031 for two people, $3,744 for three people (add $713.00 for each additional person above three people). Application assistance by appointment for ages 60+. Call 518-439-4955, extension 1176.

    AARP’s Income Tax Assistance Program, Wednesdays from February 7th through April 11th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., by appointment, at the Bethlehem Town Hall, 445 Delaware Avenue in Delmar. Reservations for appointments begin on January 17th, 518-439-4955, extension 1176. Please bring copies of your last year's Federal and State returns, your current W-2 and 1099 forms and receipts for contributions, interest, medical bills, property and school tax receipts. Photo ID required!
