The Comptroller's Office manages the Town's finances. Their
tasks include preparing payroll, paying vendors for goods and services purchased by the
various departments, investing funds, securing financing for capital projects, reporting
on the Town's financial condition, working with external auditors, preparing the annual
budget, and personnel policies and benefits administration.
