The Purchasing Division's mission is to procure the best possible products and services, at the
lowest price and best value in compliance with all applicable laws, policies and procedures of the
Town and the State of New York. The Purchasing Division administers all bids, quotes, and requests
for proposals, leases and State Contracts.
We are pleased to announce that the Town of Bethlehem has joined the Capital
Region Purchasing Group (CRPG), a regional bid notification system created in
conjunction with and managed by BidNetŪ. Many local governments of the capital
region are members, as well as numerous local governments and municipalities
