Payment of Fines

The Town of Bethlehem Justice Court offers four options for the payment of fines:  In Person, by Mail, Online or by Phone.

In Person:

Fines may be paid in person at the Court Office (447 Delaware Avenue- side entrance), Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.  Forms of payments accepted: Cash, Money Order, Certified Bank Check, Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard).  No personal checks accepted.

By Mail:

Mail your payment using a Money Order or Certified Bank Check (no personal checks) to the address below.  Do not mail cash to the Court.

Online:

Click on this link www.paycourtonline.com and follow the instructions provided.  Credit Cards only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).  nCourt is a 3rd party online payment provider and assesses a convenience fee to process your payment.  Your summons will be paid and the information forwarded by nCourt to Town Court.  nCourt is a full service PCI-compliant e-commerce partner for courts and other government agencies. 

By Phone:

Call 1-888-912-1541.  Credit Cards only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).  nCourt is a 3rd party phone payment provider and assesses a convenience fee to process your payment.  Your summons will be paid and the information forwarded by nCourt to Town Court.  nCourt is a full service PCI - compliant e-commerce partner for courts and other government agencies.
