Certificates of residency for those attending an area community college can be obtained from the Town Clerk’s office.  To be eligible for a residency certificate a student must show proof of New York State residency for one (1) year and residency in Albany County for six (6) months prior to making application.  Form for application available on the forms page under  Town Clerk.
