All town hearings and meetings take place at Town Hall. Besides being found here, tentative agendas for board meetings are posted at Town Hall and at the Bethlehem Public Library. Meeting information is also provided by Bethlehem Community Network Television, BCN-TV two business days prior to meetings. Official copies of meeting minutes are available at the Town Hall. Minutes of meetings are placed on the website as soon as possible following approval by their respective board/committee.

Meetings are scheduled as follows and are included on the Town Calendar:

• Planning Board - first and third Tuesdays of the month
• Zoning Board of Appeals - first and third Wednesdays of the month
• Town Board - second and fourth Wednesdays of the month
• Development Planning Committee - third Thursday of the month
• PaTHs 4 Bethlehem - fourth Tuesday of the month
