Bethlehem Town Hall is the center of town government. Offices of the Town Supervisor, Assessor, Comptroller, Information Services, Receiver of Taxes, Town Clerk, and Town Planner are located here. The Economic Development and Planning Department, Building Division, Department of Public Works, Human Resources and Senior Citizens Services also occupy Town Hall.  Office hours are generally 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday  (except where noted*).  Town offices are available for after hour meetings by appointment only.

The Police Department (*open 24 hours) and the Justice Court (*8:30-4:00) are in a separate part of the building at 447 Delaware Avenue.

The Highway Department, located at 74 Elm Avenue East, Selkirk, is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The Recycling Office, located at the Highway Department, is open Monday through Friday (except Wednesday), *9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The Parks and Recreation Department, located at 261 Elm Avenue in Delmar, is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
