Responsibilities of Office
The Planning Board has two primary responsibilities: site plan review on
each plan submitted and the complete review of each subdivision - plat
plan. These functions are carried out in close cooperation with Town's
Planning Department and Engineering Division.
Meeting Broadcast Schedule
Meetings are generally held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.
Meetings are streamed
live and on-demand on the web. Meetings can also be seen on
Bethlehem Community Network Television, BCN-TV, Channel 18 for Time Warner
customers and Channel 28 for Verizon FIOS customers every Friday at 4pm.
