Responsibilities of Office

The Planning Board has two primary responsibilities: site plan review on each plan submitted and the complete review of each subdivision - plat plan. These functions are carried out in close cooperation with Town's Planning Department and Engineering Division.

Meetings are generally held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.
