Responsibilities of Office

The Supervisor is the town's chief executive and is responsible for coordinating the operations of all town departments, as well as developing and proposing the town budget, with the assistance of the comptroller.  The Supervisor presides over the Town Board, an elected body that enacts town legislation, passes budgets and conducts hearings on matters involving town government.  The Supervisor is also available to those who wish to discuss matters relevant to town business.

Responsibilities of Office

Board Members are responsible for adopting the annual budget, adopting and amending the town code and the building zone ordinances, adopting all traffic regulations, and hearing applications for changes of zone and special exceptions to zoning codes.
 

Meeting Broadcast Schedule 

Meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month.  Meetings are streamed live and on-demand on the web.  Meetings can also be seen on Bethlehem Community Network Television, BCN-TV, Channel 18 for Time Warner customers and Channel 28 for Verizon FIOS customers every Wednesday at 6:30pm, every Friday at 7:30pm and every Saturday at 3:00pm.
