Friends of Parks & Recreation Seeking Volunteers

An enthusiastic group of citizens is forming a "Friends of Parks and Recreation" organization! They are seeking people interested in volunteering their assistance in a couple of key tasks including applying for 501C3 status and developing by-laws and a mission statement.
