Parks
There are a variety of parks located in Bethlehem and they are open to all Town of
Bethlehem residents and their guests. Most facilities are open every day
from 9 a.m. until dusk. Please observe the rules and hours posted at each
facility. For a printable version of rules that apply to all parks, please
click here. The parks provide designated parking, and some with accessible rest rooms
and picnic tables for disabled individuals. No dogs please with the exception of the Dog Park.

The town parks and facilities available are:
Elm Avenue Park - The
Town's largest park is located on Elm Avenue 1/4 mile south of the Delmar
by-pass. The Park includes a pool complex, tennis and basketball courts,
pavilions, fitness trail, playing fields, volleyball courts, shuffleboard, a dog
park, and a playground. The basketball courts and four tennis courts are
lit at night beginning in late May until late October. Winter facilities
include a large ice skating rink, sledding hill, cross country skiing and an
area for snowmobiling.
Dog Park -
The Bethlehem Dog Park is a park for Bethlehem residents to exercise their dogs.
It is a fenced 1.3 acre site located within the northernmost area of Elm Avenue
Park. Please

Henry Hudson Park - This very
scenic park is located on the banks of the Hudson River. The facilities
include a boat launch, accessible fishing area, picnic area with grills, a
gazebo, softball field, playground, volleyball court, horseshoes, and a
pavilion.
North Bethlehem Park - This park has a playground, basketball court, and
picnic area.
South Bethlehem Park - Playground, basketball and volleyball courts, softball field, picnic
area.
Selkirk Park - Located behind the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk
Board of Education building, this park features a softball field, playground,
basketball court and tennis courts.
Bethlehem Memorial Firefighters Park - This small
pocket park is located next to the Slingerlands Fire House on New Scotland Road.
Maple Ridge Park -
Our newest park is still under development. It features large grass areas, a playground,
a basketball court and picnic areas. More improvements including a walking trail are
coming this fall! For information on neighborhood
