Parks & Recreation Department
Programs and Events
General Program Information
The Parks and Recreation Department offers programs throughout the
year for all ages. These programs are open to all Town of Bethlehem residents
or Bethlehem Central School District residents. Many of these programs and
events will be posted on the Parks and
Recreation calendar on this web site.
Occasionally school activities or inclement weather will force
cancellation of some sessions. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule,
however, there is no guarantee. Programs will not be held on school holidays
and may not necessarily meet every week due to school events or facility
availability.
Children must be the age specified by the first scheduled
session. Adults are 18 and older.
Avoid waiting until the last minute to
register. Programs with low enrollment may be cancelled before the first
scheduled class.
Fees are not pro-rated.
For your convenience, we have an after hours drop box for any
registrations or other correspondence. It is located near the front door of the
Parks office building.
To cancel or receive a refund, see the Cancellation/Refund Policy
in the brochure.
Please notify the office if you have any medical condition,
special need, or if you require special assistance to participate in a program.
Mail-in registration is always your best chance to get into
desired programs. All mail-in registrations are randomly drawn,
lottery-style and placed in desired classes before telephone or walk-in
registrations even begin.
