The Elm Avenue Park Small Pavilion B is located at the rear of the park near the shuffleboard court.  The pavilion must be reserved by residents of the Town of Bethlehem or Town of Bethlehem based organizations. The pavilion is to be used for recreational purposes only. The receipt must accompany the person(s) responsible to the pavilion.

Facility reservations for a new calendar year may be made beginning the first business day after January 1 of that year.
