Senior Discussion 1

This support group is for those who are caregivers, family, and support systems for someone diagnosed with different types of dementia, including Alzheimer’s.  We are a safe and welcoming environment, which encourages an open discussion, including suggestions for healthy coping strategies.  This group is facilitated by a staff member from our Outreach Department.

The Grief Support Group is for those experiencing grief due to the loss of a loved one.  This group explores topics related to understanding different types of grief, and how this impacts our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.  This group features a safe and welcoming environment, which encourages open discussion, including suggestions for healthy coping strategies.  This group is facilitated by a staff member from our Outreach Department.
