The Town of Bethlehem is now accepting applications for startup businesses through the Microenterprise Grant Program. Applicants can request a grant amount from $5,000 to $35,000 for start up costs.
For this program, a startup business is defined as one that has been operating for six months or less. All other program eligibility requirements remain in effect, including:
The business must have five or fewer employees, including the owner(s)
The business must be located in the Town of Bethlehem or have a clear plan to operate within the Town
The owner must either:
Qualify as a low- to moderate-income individual, or
Commit to creating at least one job for a low- to moderate-income employee
Application deadline: April 15, 2026
